Kyle Carnohan is founder of SUPER HUMAN FATHERS which is a coaching program to help men find their fire as they age in fatherhood, getting in elite shape and becoming a committed, disciplined man of character and integrity for their families. Kyle is a father of 5 and has been married to his wife Whitney for 21 years. Kyle built Super Human Fathers while working as a firefighter paramedic. He saw as men aged and the stresses of life, marriage, and fatherhood increased, these men would let them selves go, get fat, and lose confidence, eventually falling into complacency and addiction. They would lose their zeal and fire. They had become soft and undisciplined. He realized the toll that this takes on the leadership in the home and the devastating effects on the man’s well being.
